Across BC, communities are reaching a breaking point as drought, depleted watersheds, and rising emergency costs threaten both public safety and local economies. Local governments are on the front lines, approving housing, supporting growth, and protecting drinking water, but without the provincial coordination and sustained funding required to keep communities secure.
